• Novgorod (Somehow) United the Russian fiefdoms after a lesser Kievan collapse leading to a more Scandinavian/Varangian influenced East Slavic Culture
• TTL Russian Empire was far less "Eastern" and was already considered a European power before Peter's Modernisations
• TTL RE was far more aligned with European politics, with institutions and practices spreading through the Rus much quicker than OTL
• The Provisional Government not only managed to keep hold of power in 1918, but maintained its grasp past the revolutionary period, Adopting a totally not Weimar(c) style government that somehow didn't collapse, becoming slowly OTL-like US capitalist
• The Actual Weimar Republic fell to the Kapp Putsch and became the first Socialist nation, basically ending up with a Red Hitler. How Fashionable.
• For reasons no one could ever figure out, the US is also Socialist, for the sole reason of "Dammit I wanted to make a reverse Cold War scenario, leave me alone"
• Even though the CPP is TTL's USA, it still collapses, and with the wonderful Communist strategy of "Divide and Conquer", was divided between the US and the other Socialist republics between rebellious factions like Sibiristan, the Union of Caucasian Socialist Soviet Republics, the Baltics, and the collapse of UPP's "Yevropeyskiy Soyuz" and Warsaw Pact, resulting in it's "Trade Partners" falling under the US' Iron Curtain.
