Description 2 somberly takes the bullet off of 9 and warns him about fooling around with strange objects. Then he wires up the doll's voice box inside 9, and 9 says his first word.

So does that mean the baby doll's voice would've sounded like Elijah Wood? Because that would be kind of weird...

XD Hahahaha You have a good point there. That'd be super creeper to have a baby doll that sounded like Elijah Wood. 8B;; You know... Lately I've been wondering if 9 was even meant to have a voice box or something. XD Hahaha I dunno. Tis a mystery. 8B

I loveee how you've handled the gloss/shine on 2's hat; it looks great. That and how you've been doing the candlelight as well; it looks great. I totally love 9's questionable expression when 2 brings the voicebox over. XD Hahahaha It's awesome.

That is an interesting thought. I'm sure they just had him start out mute as an homage to the original short, but it does make me wonder. Giving him a voice made 2 the ultimate inspiration for 9 to stand up to 1.

The shine on 2's glass lens is something else I try to mimick from Lily-pily's pages. It takes a few Photoshop layers to make it, but it's a nice touch.

9 doesn't like people placing strange objects inside him
