As people have stated before, Banzai would have a much better chance against the cheetahs if he were healthy and well fed, but since heβs malnourished and is nothing but skin and bones and also has a cub to look after, itβs not gonna end well for him. Itβs gonna lead to him being torn to shreds and laying in a pool of his own blood when Simba and the lionesses find him. A very small part of me still has hope that heβll survive, but for the most part, Iβm sure Rafiki is right when he says that Banzai wonβt make it through the night. In the present, heβs already very weak due to not only his wounds and blood loss, but also because heβs starving to death due to the famine at the graveyard. If his wounds and blood loss donβt kill him, which those obviously will, itβll be starvation that takes his life, but obviously his wounds and blood loss will ultimately kill him.

Granted we still donβt know, but it is very likely that his fate will be that and my heart weeps for him. This whole story has been an emotional rollercoaster ride with a very well done and original story and thatβs why I love it so much. Hands down one of my favorite Lion King fan comics I have ever read.

A hyena can take on one and two cheetah and at times three but it is quite difficult but luckily hyenas have tough skin when theyβre healthy and well fed but since Banzai hasnβt eaten something for quite some time and with a cub this wonβt end.

Even though we know what happens and people dislike the cheetahs for it, we do have to remember what the pride lands went through while Scar and the hyenas had power over it, Scar brought the lands to horrible conditions and the hyenas were his helpers, so I can see why the cheetahs are quick to attack him...they don't want to risk the pride lands again 
(plus in the movie the pride lands always had issues with the hyenas before)
Also it's so sad to see the baby looking up at his dad in the second panel
