Description
This is my work place. Kind of messy. Particularly on the floor, beneath the desk. I keep some huge drawings and paintings there. I don't have room for them, even though I live with my boyfriend in a huge apartment with lots of wardrobes.As you see, custom ponies isn't what I do most. But they are the art pieces most suitable for DA. And the only thing I've made that most of my friends don't get to see... They would lose respect for me.

Yeah...I get awkward reactions from people as well, when I tell them that I make custom ponies...T_T
I mostly try to refer to them as "custom dolls". XD But that doesn't work either, because people are like, "What kind?"

haha, do you hesitate to tell them when they ask? i don't think any of my friends would know what "custom dolls" were. the ones i've told about the ponies don't really get it until i tell them the details. making customs really isn't part of this universe for them. or most of them. i have a couple of friends who get it, who are very nice about it.
my little brother thinks i'm retarded, but i'm convinced he thinks the ponies are cool.
i know it's kind of geeky, but i like geeky. like fanart, cosplay... it's dedication

I ALWAYS hesitate. XD Most people think it's just plain weird, and they don't understand why I'd spend time doing such a thing. I suppose it makes them think "then why not Barbies? Why not G.I. Joes?" It disappoints me to see how narrow-minded other people are. A few people think it's retarded, until they actually see the customs. When they actually see them, they're about blown out of their shoes. XD
And OH YES I'm a subscriber to geekiness. XD
