Description This is Ponyo in human form. I finally finished the fanart! I love how she turned out! But I'm not too crazy about the background. I spend over an hour alone figuring out the background. XD lol!

I wanted something to make her stand out, but the colors that I liked for the back ground made her blend in with the colors. lol. I usually see Ponyo pictures with blue in the background, like the ocean and stuff sense she started out as a fish.

Ponyo is such a cute movie! I loved it!!

It was. Did you see ties to The Little Mermaid in it? Not the Disney version, but the Hans Christain Andersen one. Miyazaki says that he drew inspiration from that fairy tale.

Very cute. I love it. They're not showing the movie anywhere around where I live. I think its only showing in select theaters. That's what usually happens with Miyazaki movies. So, there's only two possibilites for me. Detroit or Grand Rapids, both are at least a two hours drive. I'll have to wait until it comes out on DVD.
