is that a girl or a guy i think it's a guy but i'm not sure... anyways i like how it's hand is at the viewer and how the head is positions

sorry i didn't finish i was saying i like the way the head is position but he has no neck it's like his shoulders started at his neck and his arm holding the glass is a little to small.

Oh he has a neck, it is just covered by the collar and the fancy poofy thing. The cape is connected to the collar and is rinkled up in that area so it looks as if the shoulders directly link to the head.
