Those are beautiful colors you have in there. And it looks like a horse! (Okay, so I've been looking at too many of my own horse sketches, which are decidedly non-equine-like.)

that's gorgeous. I love the sheen on the coat and the colour of the horse. Great details and the background is fitting. Dark and dramatic, but not cliche.

for the background no, for the horse, yes, it's actually a well known arabian stallion. I asked the owner for permission to paint him, and I got it.
