But seriously, I like how it came out. Oh, and Shinko's skirt is a little different now, the symbol is on the back, someone pointed out it was alot like Shizue's skirt, so I changed it. Sorry I didn't realize it looked like it, but I guess I wouldnt notice anything when I designed the outfit at 1 a.m trying to hide from my mom that I was still up.

This is Part of Shinko's bloodline, which after some consideration I decided to split the bloodline itself into 2 separate jutsu's.

the first stage:
Teishu no Tentou Hi (Master of the Heaven's Light) - The user uses their chakra, which turns white, or light blue, to control and move the objects around them. (same basic concept as raven from teen titans)

The second Stage:
Tsubasa no megami (wings of the goddess) - This allows the members of the Uyoku clan to grow wings out of there backs. each person has there own unique wings that match there personality. Some of the wings are more translucent, looking like fairy wings made of chakra, and some people have full feathered wings that look more real.
