Description
It's a strange mix of cyberpunk and steampunk with some Asian seasoning. It's a place at the bottom of an abandoned mineshaft far below the sands of Sabbia, not just the end of the road, the end of the map. It's pretty quiet since the miners moved on to the next world, at least those that the megacorps didn't maroon here to cut costs. You can just see Club Circe over to the right and MedLab over at the back. The figure on the balcony is looking over her small domain, she's the only law here.
