This huge aquarium with fish imported from offworld was an ostentatious show of wealth by Madame Itoku of the Black Dragon Oasis, Sabbians travelled from all over the planet just to gape at it. Then they discovered the spa and garden hidden behind it... Of course it always looked far better with a captive 'mermaid' in it.
