Because once I looked it up in a translator. But you wrote it wrong....its ペイン so it's actually pronounced pain as a , but is you wrote it as 苦痛 it's pronounced Kutsū D:

The way it's written it's pronounced different and it also changes the way the word is used, you have it written as 苦痛 its a verb, like to inflict pain on someone. If it's written as ペイン it's a noun. Whenever it's written in the manga or anywhere talking about Pein I see it as ペイン.[link] [link] I'm kinda ocdc about it you don't have to change it I just wanted to point it out...
