Description
An old drawing that I found and decided to color.
I thought it was kinda sweet. 
It's super sketchy, though. Just a sketch, people!! I am a tiny bit hazy on the whole red rose thing... is it a Phantom thing, or is it a Raoul thing?? The 2004 movie pushes the red rose theme as something of the Phantom, but the show seems to tell me that Raoul is the one who is waiting with a single red rose?!!?? I need the help of a specialist....
I felt like doing some weird coloring today, so that's what happened! I'm not entirely sure that I like it, but I'm glad that I tried it, it's not something I would regularly do with the background.

I prefer the rose being the Phantom's thing, especially with the black rose tied around it. So mysterious!

The deformity is a big challenge to me, haha.

My friend who is a big (giant really) fan of the Phantom of the Opera told me that the Phantom gives Christine the rose in the novel.

The rose is a Raoul thing. But as much as I dislike the 2004 movie, I love the idea of Erik leaving Christine a red rose with a black ribbon!

Maybe the rose being from Raoul is from Andrew Lloyd Webber's play. It's rather confusing because in the 2004 movie it's the Phantom who gives Christine single red roses tied up with a black ribbon, yet in "Love Never Dies" (the Australian production), she states that Raoul used to leave her single red roses.
I guess go with whichever version you prefer.

I have always thought of the rose as being more of Roul's thing, and music being the Phantoms. And this is so adorable!! I really like the button noses!! Also this is a great sketch!!! Great job!
