So, here's another "Kel in a dress" piece

You could think of this as a sort of sequel to this one: This particular picture I think takes place about a year after the "Kel at the Ball" picture. I have two scenes planned with Kel in "gala" dresses. I won't spoil it too much though. You'll just have to read it when I release the fic.

Art-wise, I did something really weird in the shading where I based down a purple color for the shading then went over it with a more skin looking color while still letting the purple show through for a sort of "clubby" lighting effect. I also did some stuff with layer properties to help with that particular lighting since she's supposed to be at a dance pretty much.
