I would have just replaced the original file with this one but it's more like a new dress then a redone version of the old one. This is the dress of a pony I'm not done working on. I do most of my own drawings by hand then scan then and fix them up as i don't have a scanner any more it means i can't upload what I have drawn (not that anyone cares.) But when i do get a new scanner (and school stops whopping my behind) i will post the pony this dress is for. the white line is actually for a ribbon connecting the accent to the saddle. the trim is made to look like clouds.

as for the mannequin it came from a closed account i lost the link to i actually had to use the file i used for the other dress to get it i think the link is in that one as this one came from that one anyway. i'll post it when i find it again.

Note: Uploaded the wrong version here is actual version i messed something up in editing the first one. the tag was on the wrong layer...i'm going to go back to using paint~tool sai now photoshop hates me.
