Wow, this is amazing, and I would normaly go on ranting about how much this gives its pawnage, but you want crits, so crits I shall give xD
The nostril is slanted, the ear either doesn't have enough shading, or is proportioned incorrectly, and the fire doesn't look too much like fire, and the shading in the houndour's right ear is a little too defined, and much softer shading should be required, and highlighting is a neccesity because of the fire and remember, shading is your best friend
I know I'll feel really bad about already saying this when I go to sleep, and understand that you're working with a mouse, but you really are improving those mouse skills
