Based on a fan character from a fanfiction side story set in Fallout Equestria called Fallout Equestria: Dead End.
It's not every day i get to do a zebra..... let alone a chibi zebra
keep in mind, I know very little to nothing of fallout equestria so it's all new territory for me.
If anybody knows this character far better than me, i can simply say i hope this cute version of the character is something to everyone's likings including the commissioner.
