(Based on a character from The Fallout:Equestria book series (Fallout: Equestria - Project Horizons)
Quite an interesting take on such character but keep in mind, i know very little to nothing of fallout equestria so it's all new territory for me.
If anybody knows this character far better than me, i can simply say i hope this cute version of the character is something to everyone's likings including the commissioner.
