More accurately my favorite skit from "Weekday Afternoon Live".Buster and Plucky as bodybuilders Sigmund and Helmund. "And we're going to blow..." (clap) "You up!"
I'm aware this is a parody from SNL. And it's great with the humor with teasing Hampton and literally blowing him up.
And as mentioned here , it was the earliest that introduced me to muscle growth; although there were muscle growth in some earlier episodes but this is the one that stood out for me.
