I take Meg down to a new gym out of town. Bringing her inside for private sessions, she steps out wearing gym clothes and then I introduce her to my huge friends Sigmund and Helmund.

"And we're going to blow..." (clap) "You up!"

"Hey fellas" I say, waving hello.

"Whoa" Meg utters upon seeing them. "You guys are jacked!"

Buster (as he flexes his left arm, and it makes a mountain): "See how our huge muscles are like mountains?"

Plucky (flexing whole body swole): "Making our heads look unusually small?"

Meg turns to me and asks: "Are you hoping I get as big as them?"

Me: "Well...not exactly. Just enough for you to gain a positive and confident attitude. And maybe improve your physique, if you want a complete overhaul. I paid for the first few sessions."

Meg: "Ah, that's sweet. Hmmm, maybe I should start a gym workout routine into my life."

Me: "That's the spirit. (to Sigmund and Helmund) Gentlemen, I trust you'll treat her well."

Helmund: "Well, don't worry."

Sigmund: "Because we're going..."

Sigmund and Helmund: "To blow..." (clap) "Her up!"
