i don't know how badly i should pick this apart. i'm sure you put a lot of work into it, and i can appreciate that. i'm not too familiar with the top characters, but they look more or less close as far as i know. jerry looks fine. tom's grin doesn't look quite right, but i can't really give pointers cause he isn't a character that grins a whole lot.
bugs has two lines over his nose, and i don't know that his head shape, ears, and jowls match. i think his ears might be too far apart for taht angle.

shit, sorry for the premature post - firefox bugged out. daffy's top bill is too straight and his bottom is too far forward - he moves his jaw down much more than forward. your looney tunes are all slightly off model, i don't think i need to go into too much more detail. sylvester, for example, looks like a child with those proportions. he has a long body; i believe he is at least as tall as bugs.
the main problem i see with your looney tunes is that they are not emoting. the thing that makes looney tunes work is their looniness. yours are stiff - straight up and down. they have very neutral expressions. i think that's part of what makes jerry and that pink dog work - they both have an expression. your other toons should each have one too. the only time i can really picture bugs gesturing that statically is if he were pointing out his hole in a very deadpan fashion.
blahblahblah i keep ending up rambling rather incoherently. next time you try the looney tunes, i would give all but bugs (and of course tweety) taller bodies. also, give them more character - personality. there's a new looney tunes character design manual that came out about a month ago. i would give it a read.
of course, like i said, i don't really wanna be nitpicky. your characters are easily recognizable, which is a good thing. i definitely commend your efforts. one of my professors (he's worked at both disney and warner bros.) had the following tip about putting together a portfolio: never use our characters. most of the time, we can't even agree on what our characters look like - you don't have a shot if you try and figure it out for yourself. i think that sums up my thing too. while i personally think they are off model, you did a good job on them, and i don't like to be negative so

Dude, uh, I am not sure why you picked over this girl's fan art drawing. In general nitpicking is extremely unhelpful, and in the case of generally well-drawn simple fan-art, it's completely unnecessary. She's not going to learn anything from someone telling her she put too many lines on Bugs Bunny's nose. That sort of commentary doesn't make you get better at art (or even necessarily better at drawing Bugs Bunny).
