jfwiojksjfei FINISHED!this was so fun to do! I haven't had time to do an actual piece like this in so long. I really loved it!
Shura character from Ragnarok Online. Meant to look like she is using the 'Fury' or 'Critical Explosion' skill.
I always thought champs/shuras looked cool when they did that~ haha
Done in paint tool sai.

THE COLORING. THE DETAIL. It's so perfect Kuro! I had to do a double take, I thought this was official promo art for a game or something. You are getting so good! I love those little lightening zaps around the character. Those art courses must be really paying off, I hope you're not still doing boring collages in school

Getting into more of the technical stuff in school now, so I still don't have much time to do digital art like this, but I like to when ever I have the chance. The courses are really helping me though ^^

Are you going into graphic design? I would think that entails like concept art for games and stuff at some point...I hope you get a chance to use the wonderful skills you have!

yup graphic design is what I'm studying!
unfortunately we don't get much time in the character creation field because my program is more of a 'crash course' than anything, but I'd like to think that one day I'd be able to make it as a concept artist or something along those lines ^^
