Drawn for the Secret Shiny Swap! I guess I moved a little fast but I wanted to do another painted piece quickly and this gave me a perfect excuse to do it ovo;; This is for who requested Shiny Cottonee! What a cute little Pokemon, did you know they stick together like a giant cloud as a self-defense mechanism. I wanted to draw that but figured it would probably be like a giant lump of green-grey. I hope you like it
