Description
This is what I'd imagine Petal Dance to look like! All glowy and luminous... :3 But then, Roserade IS a very elegant Pokémon, and therefore must attack in style! Hehe. Very proud of this one. Please comment and tell me what you think! Thankies!----------------------

Ha ha, I love the glow effect too. I use it quite often when making my signature banners xD I actually use Gimp to make them. And if you wanna see em here's some of my works ^^
