Serena Lennox is on the left and Maya Cheltenham is on the right. They're the leaders of the Beyblading team the Silver Bladers.

Ummm... No, they don't normally dress like that. They like the whole jeans, T-shirt and hoodie thing best, but their friends made them dress up... I think the clothes were switched though.

This pic is from the scene in State of Mind where they were at a tournament. Serena is the kinder one, rather gentle, compassionate... Totally cool character. Maya is a bit of a wise-ass spitfire. She hates skirts, so the reason why she's wearing one is funny.
