This was one of my favorite movies and books when I was growing up as well... Even today I will read the book sometimes... if only to remind myself of wizards and heroes... and that there is still some magic left in this world...

ah, this takes me back. spent a whole summer trying to kill our VHS by watching this movie over and over and over lolz drove my mom mad hearing the opening song so many times.

Hahaha, sounds somehow familiar ..."one last time mom, than i'll stop"...."okay one more, really quick"..."this is the absolute last time, i swear"... of cause it wasn't
yes, soooo nostalgic, just like when i come across some old cartoon series i watched as a kid.
But this movie was/is the best, it's artstyle unique, even today.

Everytime i hear it i feel kind of send back in time, when i was a child watching the movie, beeing totally facinated.

to watch it every xmas became kind of a ritual to me, well until i left school and life got much more complicated
But some time ago i got my hands on the DVD and the Soundtrack, so now i watch or listen to it when ever i want it
I think i'll try drawing some movie scenes, maybe with background?! don't know yet.
But first i need to finish my curent works. ^.~
