1st: "She is kiiind of an undead who kills Zombies xP" What kind of undead is she, what are we talking about here? Revenant, Draugr, or something else?
2nd: "Ayumi is there to wreck some shit XD" So....is the place she's going to full of zombies or does she just walk about looking for fights or something?

well...
1st: She is simply an undead, no further sub-species...because 'Zombies' are the brainless ones (even though some call her a Zombie)
2nd: The place is not really full of Zombies. They exist but the normal people shouldn't know about them. There is a part of the JDF that just deals with Zombies and preventing them from spreading. She is part of that group in the JDF. So basically she goes up against groups of 10 or so Zombies most at the time

in They Live it's more like...rogue man vs hundreds of people...which invaded the government if I remember correctly?
