Part of Sailor Blue Rose's team. This is Sailor White Rose.

A few things about her:
Her given name is Rhonwen
She's 19yrs old, but she looks about 16.
Technically, she should be a princess but because of some treaties at the end of the last War Of Roses, she's inherited the title of Duchess from her family.
She's a distant cousin of the current Rose Queen, Queen Indigo, through marriage of a shared relative.
Her crystal is the White Rose Crystal. It's a unique shape but she has little training in how to use it.
Her transformation item is a small white rose ring.
Her weapons are called White Petal Blades.
Her attacks are : "White Rose- Petals Dance!" Which she launches the blades at her opponents with them energized and slices through them. "White Rose-Purification!" This is created with the blades and forms a white energy shaped as a rose then is fired at the enemy. It purifies a clouded mind to remind the opponent of better/nice things to change their hearts.
She's often one to give people the benefit of the doubt the most.
She has a major crush on Sailor Black Rose.
Very social and older sister-like, she cares for most.
She likes to bake and often enjoys singing.
She tends to like flowy outfits but doesn't mind more form-fitting/revealing ones.
Her introduction speech is: "Of Purity and Grace, I'm the beautiful soldier, Sailor White Rose! In the name of the Queen! I will punish you! Plead your case and mercy may be granted."
Shorter version: I'm the Graceful Sailor White Rose! Plead your case and mercy may be granted!"

Ah, so much white, but that's just how she is. I don't know why I gave her those weapons but it seems rather interesting to have, I think.
