Well for one I wanted a motherly daughter thing. And Two, I adore the relationship Havana has with Elation(Little girl).Basic - Elation views Havana as her mother even since her biological one is 'absent' often.
I also thought the lyrics work for the two. The background is mostly symbolic in a way- 'out of a billions of stars...'
