I know right?! when i saw this i also thought "man, this looks so much like an animal that could exist... even if it haves 7 flippers and 4 eyes and bigass tusks..."

Billy the Saber-Toothed... Seal?

RickWhitetiger In reply to TheShinAlex [2016-12-16 09:31:29 +0000 UTC]
Well... guess that could be a name suggestion for it's species... or atleast a "common name"... but i don't think so, they're more like tusks, y'know kinda like a walrus' tusks/teeth. But i don't even think it's a seal, so that's why i have problems clasifying it... although he was born because i tried drawing a saber-toothed cat's skull and i failed miserably and then the rest is history.

That's why I said saber-toothed, because it *was* meant to be one of them

Yeah, pretty much... could be a common name but when it's mouth's closed people may get confused on why they call them "saber-toothed."

I know this reply is very old and that you already know the answer but.
The answer to this mystery is now resolved! The common name of his species is... Billies! Billy the Billy!

You're welcome, and of course i do! although this is only just a sketch so i guess the real final product will look way much more different than this (and probably more cooler.) but for now, i like it just as it is.
