Looks like something that was made in the early 80's, late 70's.

I like the actual take on the the crye six12, I note the actual custom elements however I think the front of the revolver element should be reinforced a little bit. very nice otherwise and I especially like what you did on the rear of the stock.

Looks cool as always. Reminds me Crye Precision Six12, it has gas seal moving tube actuated by trigger.
But i have some questions about design:
1) Cylinder must be removed for reloading the gun? (like Pancor Jackhamer)
2) What is cylinder rotation mechanism? Is it painfully stiff double-action-only trigger (МЦ-255), clock-type spring (Reutech DefenseIndustries Protecta) or gas-operated system?
3) It is missing cheek pad. Holding face on edge of rotating cylinder is not pleasant and can stop cylinder from rotating.
4) Are that two cylinders between receiver and wooden butt recoil compensators or just adjustable stock? In first case it can pinch shooter's face really hard!
5) Wedge shaped rear surface of trigger can prevent gun from jamming if dirt or debris stuck there (it was a problem on early SA-80 rifles).

Looks vaguely like one of the shotguns in the Metro games. Possible inspiration?

Oh. Well, it still looks vaguely like that gun to me.

Actually this is taken from a real prototype gun, metro games have 2 revolving shotguns and both are more DIY than anything else. the first one have exposed shells, while the second one uses bicycle parts. also they aren't bullpup like this one.

Nice Design. The only thing you would need to worry about is cylinder gap when firing, unless there is some mechanic to create a gas seal.
