SEE! Told you i drew a picture!And I actually finished it! And uploaded it! Woooow!
I even did a background for it, wahahaha! x3 -proud of self- lol. Anyway. Done in photoshop, and it's obviously neji. ~.~ I was like "doo doodoo....I should draw neji....I should draw neji..Wet. Wow that would be hawt." so.. I drew it. Then made up the rest, I had no idea what kind of background i was gonna do. -loses- lol

I did another verson of this too. It's done in ink. -scribbled all over it- WAhaha! Ill post it in my scraps probably. lol
