While I am admitabley more of a Totodile fan myself, Its pretty hard to not love Typhlosion and her awesome design
I rather quickly drew this glaring lil beast for the Draw-Me-A-Pokemon Contest, and If I somehow did win, I would call out Cranidos!

Awesome job! I love the style! The pose you choose is very fluid and flows awesomely! The fire matches the style perfectly as well!
The way you've displayed it, the simplistic purple background and cast shadow are very effective and make it look quite professional. The only thing I would personally change would be to include an occlusion shadow (where Typloshion touches the ground, a very dark shadow is cast). As it helps ground the figure even better. Overall great work! Keep it up
