Description
Several points of focus for this update. Firstly, and probably most noticeably, a prominent part of Valenwood has been filled in. The region dominated by the mountains of the Mort's Ribs is the part of Valenwood with the highest Imga population. Further to the north lies Maronia, the land neighbouring Colovia and which is under heavy Ayleid influence.
The second major area to pay attention to is Telvanni Peninsula. House Dunmer, speaking the younger dialects of Dunmeris, share this land with the Ashlanders. House Dunmeris is most prominent on the east coast, shielded from the ash-spewing Red Mountain. Ashlander Dunmeris can be found in the rugged wastes, but the most hard-to-reach areas are populated by the wild Marakh Orcs.
Moving on westwards, we get to the Velothi Mountains. Apart from House Dunmer, this land is inhabited by Velothi Mountain Tribal Dunmer and more Marakh Orcs.The Nords to the west speak dialects belonging to one of the old Nordic dialect groups. Spreading out from their landing site near Windhelm, the original Atmoran colonists moved south along the main waterway. The map currently shows an offshoot dialect group, formed among those colonists who moved into the most rugged parts of the already heavily forested, lake-rich region of Eastmarch.
