Taken on our drive from Chania to Sougia on the west of Crete, when we drove over the mountains.Post-processing:
Adjusted the levels, added two b&w layers set to multiply on the sky, turned in to black and white with the high contrast red filter (B&W adjustment layer in photosop CS3) and added a tint of sepia.

I've also always been curious of what digital photographers did with their photos, and when I started to learn some more photoshop myself I wanted others not to need to be so curious, at least not with my pictures

Hmm, it's a nice enough shot but I feel like it's missing something. Maybe a lower angle so there's a bit more foreground.
The mono and contrast are great, and the sky is cool, but for me the composition doesn't work.
I'm guessing the mountain is your focus or interest right? Maybe if there had been a path or something else to use as a leading line to it.

I understand what you mean, normally I try to add something to lead the eye in a way (but there were no such things there), but in this picture I actually think it works without because of the special rock formations and the sky.
