point commission for of her two bob kitties Bane and Rue C: I could have been more creative with the background, but... not at the moment.But wow bobcats have tricky anatomy, and apparently they dont...jump often? At least not when people are around, cameras at the ready. Finding references for these poses was quite an adventure.
I tried to follow their individual builds, making Rue kind of wider and sturdier- looking. It was fun

reminds me of the one in our neighbor hood.
For references when they are doing an action pose like that I would recommend videos on youtube. A bunch of wild like reserves upload videos when they are playing and you could probably freeze it and use that :3 just a suggestion

that is a good suggestion...why didn't i think of that? and ohgod you are so lucky you have bobcats running around :/ all we have are squirrels, foxes and the occasional exciting deer, which suggests that there may be some evasive coyotes around.

I have not seem him in a while *peeks out my window* but I saw a raccoon the other day. My dogs scared the living daylights out of him xD

yah those too. And skunks and....no that's pretty much it xD i like wildlife, but i cant really enjoy the really rich, dense parts of our park in the summer because my dog is allergic to bee stings :/
