It's a fan made species of pony as far as I know. (Not my OC) There are actually a ton of ponies like these around, I see them all the time.

Yes, I really like this design ^^ It was a bit difficult drawing her though because this was the only reference I had- fc08.deviantart.net/fs71/f/201… ">Trying to understand the pixels was hard at times..

Yeah, I would have made a more intimidating picture of her based of that (actually I would have made a sloppy version of her since I'm not that good at arting)
