Description
Anya can manipulate time to an extent. A dear friend of hers has a heart condition that will ultimately cause her to go into cardiac arrest. Anya uses her powers to prevent this from happening by 'rewinding' her friend's body to an earlier state when she was more stable, however this causes her friend to lose her memories since, to her, they would have never happened.
As Anya continues to rewind her friend's condition in the hopes of prolonging her life, her friend's gap in memory grows wider and wider, and Anya is eventually forced to decide whether or not what she's doing is right.
The book she's holding is her friend's journal, which has pages of her precious memories flying away.

I tried some Photoshop stuff in this one. I wanted to try adding more effects to the foreground but I think it's fine since it gets across how lonely Anya feels most of the time...She needs a hug.
