Looks very Mega Man-esque. Add the wings, and she'd look like the Jet Mega Man from MM6.
I still wished the wings were actually functional. SM deserves a flight advantage.

er...i noticed this comment and i would like to correct a misunderstanding you seem to have about eternal sailor moon. Actually, she does fly in both anime and manga.
in anime, she flies in episode 170.
so they are functional, except anime makes them look like ridiculous things.
they are used more in manga.

The wings didn't even flap in 170, so there was no clear proof that they were making SM rise up in the air and then drop straight down.

Well, it just seemed like the show implied how the wings did nothing except knock stuff off shelves. One of several reasons why I dislike Anime Stars.
I'll reserve my judgement on the Manga version for when I see it.
