EMO stands for emo-core, which is a form of self-expressive punk music. I'm not sure if Evanesance or Three Days Grace counts, but I know Skillit is emo.

that's true. this pic is extremely OLD!! i actually think that 'emo' is more of a music style. it's like a sub-genre or something like that of punk. it's just that people nowadays turned it into a stereotype.
