Description
This is a tribute to the very awesome Dan Shive, creator and author of the slightly strange and highly addicting webcomic "El Goonish Shive" [link]Warning: El Goonish Shive is a PG-13 webcomic that often defys the laws of physics. Side effects may include slight confusion, philosophical debate, obsessive actions and downright infatuation
this is basically the main cast. I'm going to try not to spoil any of the comic but I think I should at leas name them:
(left to right; top to bottom)
Grace, Elliot, Tedd, Sarah, Ellen, Nanase, Susan, and Justin
I love: the lineart on this thing, it came out pretty much flawlessly
I hate: Nanase. she looks nothing like she should, but then again, I'm not the original artist. ^^
anyone who has been to the keenspot forum for his comic may have already seen this.

EDIT:
For any who read the comic and are wondering, this was drawn shortly after Painted Black thus the lack of antennae on Grace. Also, if you read the comic and are wondering, shame on you! Susan "uses" [read: Conjures but does nothing with] a sword in the Goo fight near the end of Sister.

Nice! El Goonish Shive is great- it's one of my favorite webcomics. I love Ted, peaking over hisglasses. And you're right- the line art is superb.

~ElGoonishShive is where it's at. They do a monthly listing of known fanarts and stuff, it's quite fun to look around there.
And even though it's old, it's still good. If it would be redone, it's likely get the 'awesome' rating.

Cool! Grace looks neat, and so does everyone else. Susan looks like some kinda warrior princess, though, with a sword in place of a hammer. But I digress... 'tis awesome!

i love whatcha did w/ the tedd glasses and eyes. cuz usually, yu only get used to seeing him w/out eyes w/ glasses on, or no glasses and full feminity hits yu in the face. nice effect.
and the grace hanging from the ceiling is soooo her.

Jeez, what kind of EGS fan are you? The sword came from they were fighting the Omega Goo. Granted, we STILL don't know where it came from, but if you want theories on how, go to the forums.

The only thing I don't like (other than Nanase, and I agree on that), is Susan. She looks very different; heck, I think you may have made her asian. 
All the same, I like it. Tedd's glasses look nice, and I just love his posture. So smooth, so cool. Grace is very cute hanging upside down, and same with Justin grinning down below.
