not to be rude but....this would probably fall under the 'Mutant Registration Act' that Senator Kelly pointed out in the first X-men movie. The same principle applies to Non-humans as well, where the government would be afraid of Non-humans. Sorry if I ruined the mood but....that's what this piece came to me as.....Sorry
