Description
Fitting such an elongated dragon onto a 2.5" x 3.5" card was certainly a challenge
I actually ended up doing this card twice, because i wasn't happy with the first version

I swear i'll never get the hang of fitting in all those tiny details. Note to self - must get a white marker or something.

Gouche and pen on Draw and Wash paper. I would have used water colours (like i did in my first one) but i don't have the right colours, and i couldn't get that cerulean blue. Oh yeah, and the pen ran a little... oops ^^

I honestly don't know - i mean i thought mine had a lot of detail, until i compared it to the things some people can do, and the internet blew it up...
mind you, it helps to have a fine pen/brush and a bit of patience ^^

so prettyyy! I'm impressed you managed to fit all in. I also have problems with that. And digital art has ruined me, because there I just adjust my canvass to fit the picture, rather than the picture to fit the canvass XD
Also, good luck finding a while marker, I've been looking for over half a year for one ;A;

You do not need a white marker, just white gel pens, for like a pack of three it was $5, a little pricy but they last forever! Or you can use white charcoal pencils, I use those a lot!

I just can't seem to find one that is opaque enough. atm i'm just using white gouache, but even that doesn't work that well ^^
