Aw, he looks so cute here! That little smile is truly adorable.
I love the way you textured the scales in; they're definitely there, but are pictured subtle enough to not disturb the image. They look really pretty.
And the colors you went with are nice too. It was a bit of a surprise for me, because the original picture had blues, greens, purples and pink and I didn't know which ones you would choose to work with! The domination of green from background and fin is rather refreshing.
