ow yea, sure! you just need to find someone who's open for them, and who says how many points they want for a commission piece *could be chibi, sketch, badge etc*
You just buy the amount of points you need through paypal, and you can send that person a note with what you'd like to get, and you can donate the points after the approval of that person :3 I think that's the best way, don't donate before you know the person wants to do that commission for you. they might also be closed, without you knowing, and it would be a shame if you donate your points, and can't get them back anymore ;3
