When the air turns crisp, the leaves start to fall, apples ripen, pumpkins grow huge; the gray shadow begins her annual journey to the southern borders of Equestria. This mysterious weather reader gives warning to all with a flap of her wings: the first snows are on their way. Harvest your fields! Roll up your rugs! Stack the wood! And stoke your fireplace.

Yeeeah, I know I'm a little late on this...*coughcough*
Fall has got to be my second favorite season, somewhat tied with winter. I just love the turn from the miserable suffocating agony of summer, to the clean crisp air of autumn. Not to mention DECORATING (for those who don't know, I frickin' love decorating for seasons)! Fall is also one of those seasons that holds such a homey feel. It really perks me up, and I get down to cleaning and decorating the house. Rake leaves here, rake some over there, roll around in it, repeat. Best stuff ever.

Although when it comes to drawing leaves....eeeeeeeeeh let's just say I need practice. :I
But the wing anatomy is coming along nicely. I've been sketching out rough drafts during my spare time before bed, and just got off work to scribble this sketch down today. Woo! Methinks I have the gist of it for now (and yes, Kyu's face is tiny....oops). I wanted to give her wings a large appearance, but drawing at an angle may not be the best idea. XD
