Number 528 Swoobat the adorable bat Pokemon.I do love this pokemon and have been trying to get a shiny one.
Lol and I felt like making this one shiny YAY
I working on drawing every pokemon, this one is number 39
I got lots more to go.
Feel free to suggest a pokemon, if I like it I may draw it.

My friend got it from the GTS trying to get a shiny Luxray.
It was funny. He traded his Zoroark for the shiny lv 100 Swoobat, and was going to trade that for the Luxray
But, the person who was offering the Luxray wanted a specific gender Swoobat, which he had the opposite.
So he gave the Swoobat to me since he was angry at it for being the wrong gender.
You should try the GTS. some people give really nice Pokemon away for the simplest of things.

yeah I use GTS, but my internet has been crappy ever since a storm hit us, and now I can't use wi-fi on my DSi or my DSlite
but I have been able to use the radar to shiny chain pokemon on my platinum, so I get shinies that way.

I need to figure out how to use the radar. I keep forgetting about it.

all you need to do it go in short grass, use the radar then some grass will shake, go to one of the shaking patches of grass a pokemon will appear either catch it or kill it, after battle grass will shake again, (now only go to patch that's furthest away) then just keep doing the same thing to chain the pokemon then watch for grass that sparkles twice, that WILL be a shiny pokemon, an be careful not to go in grass that shakes in a different shade, that will break your chain
