Description Number 260 Swampert
One of my faves of all the starter evos

I'm workin on dawing all the pokemon
next up should be Noctowl
Hope you like it.

EDIT--I fixed up the image a little bit there were a lot of white dots all over the line art, so I smoothed it out a bit.
