He’s normally a quiet individual. Preferring to spend his time alone in quiet places either sleeping or training. He’s normally aware of his surroundings even if it doesn’t look like it and difficult to sneak up on, that doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen though.
When asked about his opinions he’ll either say nothing at all or be brutally honest about it, not caring whether it hurts someone’s feelings. They asked him so they better deal with it.
He normally doesn’t care what others do if it doesn’t involve him in some way and would prefer they do the same with him. He can be really rude if he’s woken up or interrupted when he’s doing something important.

Bio: A creature of unknown origin. It’s speculated that he was experimented on as an egg to make him a ‘real dragon ‘ thus the dragon type but since that was overrated they decided to add the genes of an ice type pokemon one of the scientists encountered by the name of Cryogonal while roaming the cavern but there’s nothing really concrete. He was found in Frost Cavern as a Charmander by a trainer who caught him since he was a weird pokemon. He spent all of his time as a Charmander and almost all of his time as a Charmeleon with him before he deemed him too weak and abandoned him. He returned to Frost Cavern, where he spent his time training until he evolved and finally grew wings. As soon as he evolved, he flew away and never looked back. Viserion kept traveling around, doing whatever he wanted whenever he wanted until he found himself in the Sinnoh Region, where he noticed strange things happening from time to time. He decided not to get involved though, knowing that it’s not any of his business and that he should not care at all, but that didn’t stop his curiosity. He finally got involved when, while flying around, a stray attacked nicked him and, furious, he flew down to confront them. Unfortunately for him, it was a member of Team Rocket that defeated him and he found himself following them back, wanting to learn how they got that strong.
