Though he was never meant to exist, and his very existance is an insult to life, he exists, and there is nothing we can do about it. More accurately, he used to exist, and now lives within Sora...His state of being is questionable...

true, but in that manner of speaking, he doesn't exist. I don't even know if him living in sora can be considered existance. He represents sora's body after his heart gave in to darkness, and so once sora pulled himself back together, roxas became soras body...so technically after that happens he does exist but only as a part of sora...im rambling, i should shut up.
