She wasn't originally intended to be Rei, but when I drew on the hair I was like "eeee! it looks like rei!" So I finished her up as such. It's done on low tooth paper with micron pens and colored pencils.I did this one a few months ago... I just found it again today. Sorry for the poor scan ^_^
